Resort Activities

Loon Point Resort is open year round. On Wasson Lake, sun and sand is the common interest of most guests and our safe, sandy swimming beach is a popular spot for play and tanning. We pride ourselves on paying attention to privacy and quality service that supports your vacation plans.

Soak up inviting views of Wasson Lake from the beach, boat or private lakeside cabin. Keep an eye out for the otter, deer and beaver that inhabit the surrounding woods – you're also likely to catch a glimpse of an eagle soaring overhead and a loon as it dives for its supper.

"The lake is beautiful. I love all the islands that scatter around the lake. The first morning we were out there, the water was like glass. When you looked at the woods and sky you couldn't tell which was real as the reflection was just as clear.
As the sun rose, it was picture perfect!"

"Loon Point Resort is a very nice resort. The kids likes it here. Lukas swam and my youngest, Coty, had fun catching all the small fish off the dock. The playground is really nice. The kids can play and you can still see them from the cabin."
