Partial Week Requests: From mid-June to mid-August, reservations are on a Saturday to Saturday weekly basis. Please call or email if you are requesting a partial week reservation (3 night minimum) during that time frame. When there is a last minute vacancy during prime season, we will often accept partial week reservations (preferably starting or ending on a Saturday). In spring, fall and winter, we can accommodate partial week reservations beginning and ending at any time during the week. Minimum stay is 2 nights during those seasons.

Pet Policy: We are strictly "no pets" during spring, summer and early September; but we allow dogs starting in the fall with the grouse season opening as well as in the winter. Please call or email for prior approval for bringing a dog. You are responsible for any damages that your pet may cause, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the cabin unless it is in a kennel.

No jet skiis, seadoos, or waverunners.
No fireworks, and no camping.

VISITORS: If any of our guests will be having visitors, please check with the office in advance. All visitors must register upon arrival and we reserve the right to charge for visitors.

TAX: 6.875% Sales Tax and 3% local lodging fee is not included in the prices.

RESERVATIONS: A deposit equal to half the base cabin rental is required within 10 days of making the reservation. Upon receipt, a written confirmation will be mailed to you.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel prior to 120 days before your reservation arrival date, your deposit less a $50 administration fee, will be refunded. If cancelling less than 120 days before your arrival date, your deposit less a $50 fee will be refunded only upon the re-renting of the unit at full price.
