| Clean, comfortable cabins that become your special vacation spot are awaiting your arrival. Completely carpeted, each cabin includes a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric stove and refrigerator, microwave and drip coffee maker. Each unit has a screened porch and is furnished with a large Weber grill. We provide complete bed linens and you need only to bring bath and kitchen towels, plus personal toiletries.
Cabin rates are based on number of persons specified. Additional Guests (per guest) Daily/$20 .... Weekly/$100 .... Children 0-3 are free, 10 & under free in Spring, Fall and Winter. Check-in Time...... 3:00 PM/Check-out Time...... 9:00 AM. In consideration of all our guests, no pets, no jet skiis, no camping please. |

VISITORS: If any of our guests will be having visitors, please check with the office in advance. All visitors must register upon arrival and we reserve the right to charge for visitors. TAX: 6.5% Sales Tax and 3% local lodging fee is not included in the prices. RESERVATIONS: A deposit equal to half the base cabin rental is required within 10 days of making the reservation. Upon receipt, a written confirmation will be mailed to you. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel prior to 120 days before your reservation arrival date, your deposit less a $25 administration fee, will be refunded. If cancelling less than 120 days before your arrival date, your deposit less a $25 fee will be refunded when your reservation time is re-filled. |

| Winter Activities in White Pine, Balsam and Maple - Itasca County is noted for its excellent snowmobile trails. Access the Herb Brandstrom trail directly from the resort. Cross-country skiing is also very popular with many area ski trail systems |
