    • Before selecting the Deluxe boat or a pontoon, be sure to look at the online calendar to make sure the boat or pontoon are available.
    • Your credit card is used to confirm your reservation. Once we receive your reservation, we will review your reservation for system accuracy, email you a reservation confirmation, and give you the option to pay the respected deposit amount with your credit card or mail a check.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS:

A deposit of 50% is required upon reserving and the remaining balance is due upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to our small size and the seasonal nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to our strict cancellation and refund policies. You are responsible for the full length & cost of your reserved stay. No credit or refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, or no-shows.  This includes cabins AND boats and/or pontoons.  In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reservation you will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee ONLY if the following are met:

  1. Reservation cancellations must be made by completing the online RESERVATION CANCELLATION FORM.  Please contact us for a link to the form. No phone or email cancellations are accepted for any reason.
  2. Your cabin AND boats and/or pontoons are re-rented at full price for the same dates as your reservation.

If these requirements are not met, payments will not be credited or refunded, and the guest is financially responsible for the full amount of the reservation. So, what this means is – if you cancel, and your cabin AND boats and/or pontoons do not re-book, you will be responsible for any remaining balance of your reservation. We reserve a cabin and equipment exclusively for you; you are financially responsible.

COVID: Please make sure you are happy with the cancellation policy for your booking, which will also apply if you have to cancel due to any Covid-related issues.

We understand that things come up and guests must cancel their vacation for various reasons therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover the cost of your reservation.  You can get a quote and purchase travel insurance through  Travel Guard.
