Whether you’re planning a weekend of riding, fishing, hiking, paddling, kayaking, or taking in the vibrant fall colors, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect northwoods escape.

Please note: The Eagle Lake Cabin is a stand-alone private property, not located on or near Loon Point Resort, but it is professionally managed by the resort to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay.
Our Minnesota Lake Cabin Rental has a beautiful open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room.
- The kitchen has full-size appliances – dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Plenty of dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, a variety of pots & pans, electric hand mixer, baking dishes, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, colander/strainer, measuring cups/spoons, beverage pitchers, cutting boards, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee maker, coffee filters, Drip coffee maker plus a Keurig machine (bring your own coffee and pods), toaster, Crockpots, electric skillet, and oven mitts. Also provided: hand soap, Kleenexes, trash bags, ceiling fans and/or floor fans, toilet paper, dishcloths, dish towels, a dish scrub pad, and a spray bottle of disinfectant.
- The dining room has a beautiful harvest table with chairs and benches for gathering. A walk-out patio door to the deck.
- The living room has a large sectional sofa, a smart TV, and a walk-out patio door to another deck facing the lake.
- Sunroom: overlooking the lake – your favorite morning spot to enjoy the lake with your cup of coffee!
- Bedroom #1: with lake view, has 2 XL beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed)
- Bedroom #2: has 2 XL beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed)
- Bedroom #3: has 2 XL beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed) and includes a private bathroom with tub/shower.
- Bathroom #1: Is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. All bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided.
- Bathroom#2: Is the ensuite bathroom to bedroom #3.
- Utility room: with washing machine and dryer. Laundry soap provided.
- The attached garage has a 2nd refrigerator and storage space for all your things.
The cabin has central heating and air conditioning, 2 separate decks overlooking the lake with tables and chairs, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), high-speed fiber optic internet for WiFi, and a smart TV for your digital fix!!
The Beach & Lake:
Large front yard and level to the lake! Fire pit down by the beach, lawn chairs, dock, and free use of kayaks and stand-up boards. A variety of different sizes of life jackets are available for your use. Eagle Lake has a public access, so you can launch your own boat or inquire about renting a fishing boat or pontoon. Eagle Lake is 285 acres and has a maximum depth of 44 feet.
Fish Species: black bullhead, black crappie, bluegill, brown bullhead, hybrid sunfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, northern sunfish, pumpkinseed, rock bass, walleye, yellow bullhead, yellow perch, white sucker, bluntnose minnow, central mudminnow, fathead minnow, Johnny darter, mottled sculpin, tadpole madtom.
Love to swim or play in the water? This cabin is in a shallow bay, so there are weeds and a murky bottom. Guests are more than welcome to come over to the resort to swim and use the resort amenities.
The Location:
This lake cabin rental is located north of Grand Rapids, MN, near the Scenic State Park. 2 miles away from the Antler Convenience Store (gas, bait, groceries, licenses, liquor, hand-dipped ice cream, etc.), Antler Lodge Restaurant, and designated ATV and snowmobile trails.
PETS ARE WELCOME: We do allow pets (dogs only) at our lake cabin. The Pet fee is $40 per dog per day, with a max charge of $200 per week per dog. Max: 2 dogs. Please note: dogs are not allowed at the resort. If you plan to come over to the resort to swim at the beach and use the water toys, you may not bring your dog.
